1. Who is eligible
- The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time Premium subscribers only.
- Your refund request must reach us within 30 days of the original purchase.
- It applies to the initial Premium subscription, not to renewals.
2. How to request a refund
Because Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, refunds are typically processed via Apple. You have two options:
Option A — Email us first
Send a short email to [email protected] with the Apple receipt number from your purchase confirmation email. We will reply within 24 hours and either issue the refund ourselves or guide you through Apple's flow.
Option B — Request through Apple directly
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- Find the FREE VPN FAST subscription and tap "Report a problem".
- Select "Request a refund" and provide a brief reason.
Apple typically processes refund decisions within 48 hours. If they decline, forward us the rejection email and we'll handle the rest.
3. After the 30-day window
Refunds requested after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you had a genuine problem — billing error, broken renewal, sustained outage — we will make it right. Just email us.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal of your Premium subscription at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select FREE VPN FAST and tap Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period. You'll keep Premium until the end of that period.
