Welcome, and thanks for using FREE VPN FAST ("we", "us", "our"). Your privacy isn't a feature we sell — it's the entire point of our product. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what data we do and don't collect, what we do with it, and what choices you have.
1. Our commitment
We do not log your activity. We do not record which websites you visit, your DNS queries, the contents of your traffic, your bandwidth use, timestamps of your connections, or your original IP address while the VPN is on. There is nothing about your browsing for us to hand over — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
2. Information we do collect
To operate the service we collect a minimal set of information:
- App diagnostics and crashes — anonymous, aggregated metrics from Apple's standard analytics framework (you can disable this in your iOS settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements).
- Aggregate server load — the total number of users connected to each region, used only to keep the network balanced. This is not tied to your account or device.
- Purchase records — if you subscribe to Premium, Apple shares a subscription receipt with us so we can entitle your account. We do not receive your credit-card details, billing address, or full Apple ID.
- Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep the email conversation so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete it any time.
3. Information we do not collect
- Websites you visit through the VPN.
- DNS queries you make through the VPN.
- The contents of any data you send or receive through the VPN.
- Your real IP address (it is replaced by the VPN server's IP).
- Per-session timestamps or per-session bandwidth use tied to your identity.
4. Account-less by design
Most users never give us any identifying information at all. The free service does not require an account, email address, phone number, or registration. Premium subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system; we identify Premium devices using an anonymous receipt.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate. Each receives only the data it needs and nothing more. We list them here so you can audit them yourself.
For the iOS app
- Apple App Store — distribution, subscription billing, and opt-in app analytics that you can turn off in your iOS settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
For this website (freevpnfast.com)
- Cloudflare — hosts this marketing website and provides DDoS protection. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse-prevention purposes. None of this involves your VPN traffic, which never touches this domain.
- Privacy-friendly analytics (optional) — if we run website analytics, we will use a cookieless, IP-anonymising provider such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible. We will list the specific provider here whenever one is in use. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers, fingerprinters, or session-replay tools on this site.
Your VPN traffic — the data that flows through the tunnel when the app is connected — does not go through this website or any analytics provider. It terminates at one of our VPN servers and exits to the open internet from there.
6. Children
FREE VPN FAST is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or others. These rights typically include:
- The right to know what personal data we hold about you.
- The right to request a copy of that data.
- The right to ask us to correct or delete it.
- The right to object to processing or withdraw consent.
- The right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Because we deliberately collect almost nothing, exercising these rights is usually a one-line answer. To make a request, email [email protected].
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure is distributed globally so we can give you a fast connection anywhere. The limited data described above may be processed in countries outside your own. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Data retention
Anonymous diagnostic and aggregate server-load data is kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. Support correspondence is kept for as long as we may reasonably need it to handle follow-ups, and is deleted on request.
10. Security
Your VPN traffic is protected with AES-256 encryption. We use TLS 1.3 for our website and HSTS. We restrict access to internal systems to staff who need it and require multi-factor authentication.
11. Law enforcement requests
If law enforcement contacts us with a valid legal request, we respond honestly. Because we do not log your activity, we have nothing to share about what you did online while connected to the VPN. We will publish a transparency report periodically once we have a meaningful sample.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated "last updated" date. For material changes, we will also announce the change on our Telegram channel.
